By accessing this website, booking a service, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Salon & Training Services

  • Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and Mastery Training courses. This secures your time slot and allows us to prepare materials for your arrival.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Late Policy: We value your time and ours. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be canceled, and a late fee may be charged to the card on file.
  • Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, hair loss, or sensitivities during the booking process.

2. Product Sales

  • Custom Wigs: All custom braid wigs are handmade to your specific style and color specifications. Because these are artisanal products, slight variations in color or pattern are natural and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities of products, restrict sales to any person or geographic region, or discontinue items without prior notice.
  • Payment: All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

3. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, braiding techniques (including the signature "hot towel method"), instructional videos, and website media are the exclusive property of Don Sam Braid Mastery.

  • Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of training materials is strictly prohibited.
  • The "Braid Mastery" name and branding may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

Don Sam Braid Mastery is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or hair damage if the client fails to disclose previous chemical treatments, medical conditions, or known allergies during the consultation or booking phase. Use of our professional hair care products is at the client's own risk.

5. Reviews & Feedback

We welcome honest feedback about your experience with our services and products.

  • Usage Rights: By submitting a review or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use your feedback on our website and marketing materials.
  • Moderation: We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that are deemed inappropriate, profane, or violate our community guidelines.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be settled through binding arbitration rather than in court.
